The CWC Exhibitor Marketplace is a busy and fun experience.  Attendees are pre-qualified and eager to meet you, buy products and services, and set up accounts. Unlike other shows, our exhibit hall is open one day only. This keeps attendees focused and on-site, and helps you with expenses associated with exhibiting.
 

Meet more qualified customers in one day than you would at other multiple-day trade shows.

There are no competing classes scheduled during exhibitor hours.  Short demonstrations are held throughout the day on the show floor to encourage attendees to stay nearby.

Attendance at last year's show was 20% greater than 2023 and 40% were attending for the first time. That’s more than 80 first-time attendees!  We expect more new businesses in 2025.

The only annual trade show specifically for custom window treatment, soft furnishing and upholstery businesses.

Exhibitors include companies that sell drapery hardware and shade systems, window treatments, fabric, leather, foam, workroom tools and supplies, fabrication companies, and other services for drapery, upholstery, window treatment, and interior decorating businesses.

The Custom Workroom Conference Exhibitor Marketplace will be open on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, at MeadowView Conference Resort and Convention Center in Kingsport, Tennessee.  The loading dock is directly behind the convention center on the same level for easy load in.  The booth price includes Wi-Fi, furnishings and carpet.  Concessions are available just outside the convention hall entrance for breakfast and lunch.
